Happy #MeatlessMonday! We love the idea of really paying attention to what you’re fueling your body with as a New Year’s resolution! There are a variety of ways to go about this, without having to commit fully to vegetarianism. One option is to jump on the #MeatlessMonday bandwagon and vow not to have any meat products to kickstart your week. Another option that Stella employed one year is to commit to having at least one meal per day be meat free. For example if you had a bacon breakfast sandwich and a chef’s salad for lunch, you better believe dinner would be veggies-only!
